Due to the nature of digital content, which is delivered automatically upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

If you have not downloaded the product and we can verify this through our Download Activity Log, a refund may be considered. Please contact us to discuss this option if you believe it applies to your purchase.
