Jina Jay Digital specialises in providing digital downloads, including SCORM packages, and custom e-learning services. By purchasing our products or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.​

2. Digital Product Terms

2.1 Digital Product Terms

Our digital products include downloadable resources such as worksheets, templates, and SCORM packages. Each product description provides details about the content and format.

2.2 Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a secure download link for your digital product. This link is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Additionally, the download link will be available on the "Thank You" page immediately after completing your purchase.​

2.3 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, which is delivered automatically upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable as outlined in our Digital Product Policy.

Exception:
If the product has not been downloaded, and we can verify this through our Download Activity Log, a refund may be considered. Please contact us to discuss this option if you believe it applies to your purchase.

3. SCORM Product Compatibility

3.1 Compatibility

Our SCORM-based digital products are developed using Articulate Storyline 360 and are designed to be compatible with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Virtual Learning Environments (VLE) that support SCORM standards (SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004).


However, due to variations in VLE/LMS configurations and versions, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every system.

3.2 Customer Responsibility

t is your responsibility to verify that your LMS or Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) supports SCORM packages before making a purchase.
We recommend consulting your LMS/VLE provider or technical team to confirm compatibility. If in doubt, please contact us — we’re happy to provide guidance and access to testing packages.

3.3 Test Packages

We provide SCORM test packages for evaluation purposes. These are offered "as-is" without any warranties. Due to diverse LMS/VLE configurations, we cannot guarantee that these test packages will function correctly with every system.

4. Custom E-Learning Services

In addition to our ready-made digital products, we offer bespoke e-learning solutions tailored to your specific needs. These services include:

  • Consultation for digital learning strategy

  • Customised content development for VLEs and LMS platforms

  • Flexible delivery options, including SCORM and web-based formats

5. Payment Methods

Our digital products are hosted across multiple platforms, including Wix, SendOwl, and Sellfy. As a result, the available payment methods may vary depending on which platform you are purchasing from.

  • Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and UnionPay.​

  • Apple Pay: Available for customers using compatible Apple devices and browsers.​

  • Google Pay: Available for customers using compatible Android devices and browsers.​

For digital products hosted on SendOwl, the following payment methods may be available, depending on the configuration:

Please note that payment options may vary depending on SendOwl's configuration and integration with your chosen payment method.

5.3 Sellfy Payments

For products hosted on Sellfy, the following payment methods are typically supported:

  • Credit and Debit Cards

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

Sellfy also supports Stripe integration, allowing additional localised payment options in certain regions.

  • Your checkout experience may differ slightly depending on the platform you are purchasing from.
