Group Staff Training is available to our business and institutional clients.
Cancellation Policy
🔹 Bookings -All bookings must be made at least 30 minutes in advance via the online calendar. -Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your slot. -For Courses with multiple sessions, your booking secures your place in the full programme. 🔄 Rescheduling -You may reschedule a 1:1 session or class up to 1 hour before the start time using the reschedule link in your confirmation email. -Rescheduling is subject to availability in the online calendar. If no suitable time slots are available, or future classes have not yet been published, please contact bookings@jinajaydigital.co.uk to request a manual reschedule. -Courses cannot be rescheduled or transferred between cohorts once started. ❌ Cancellations & Refunds -Cancellations made 12+ hours in advance will be refunded in full. -Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund. -Missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable. 💡 Notes -If you are running late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. -If I need to cancel a session for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. -Institutional Clients: Drop-in sessions are not bookable via the online calendar. These are arranged manually on request and follow a separate agreement confirmed during the booking request process.
